I had an issue with my order when it arrived. Two vials were broken during transit, which was disappointing. I contacted customer support, but the responsibility was placed on the delivery service rather than addressing my concern directly. While I understand that shipping issues can happen, I was hoping for a more helpful resolution. As a result, Iām not entirely satisfied with this experience.
